After the first series sold out in a matter of days—with a waitlist for every dinner—we’re thrilled to announce four new dates for Chef Joseph Michaud’s intimate five-course tasting experience.
Each evening features a one-night-only menu created around the season’s best ingredients. The menu remains under wraps until guests take their seats, when Chef Joseph introduces the evening’s dishes and the inspiration behind them.
