On Thursday, October 15, Standard Fare and Bocage Champagne Bar are honored to welcome Hugo Drappier, eighth-generation winemaker of Champagne Drappier, to Saratoga Springs.
This is an evening years in the making—and a rare opportunity to meet, taste and learn alongside the winemaker himself.
